I own Maggie Mason's blogging book, and I know there's more to blogging than just recording the mundane. But there's just something about having a gorgeous plate plopped in front of me that makes me pull out my camera! For instance, this dinner, the Southwest Sampler from Blue Mesa, was delightful, from the smoked chicken relleno and caramelized onion quesadillas to the chicken adobe pie.In fact, this calls for a new tag:
