Our day was already booked, but when Ryan mentioned Friday morning that he wanted to participate in Saturday's
Run for Sarah, I had a hard time saying no. I had heard Sarah's story and was touched by what her family is doing to raise heart health awareness. And when my kids volunteer to get up early on a Saturday to do a good deed, who am I to stand in their way?
We got there bright and early since we had to register on-site. Katie helped to pass the time by demonstrating stretching techniques.

We really put the "fun" in this fun run. We're already looking forward to our next one! Both kids finished near the front of the pack, and
I wasn't even close to being last this time! My blazing-fast time? 15:15! (Hey, it's good for me!)

Shouldn't that be, "Ryan dubling back"?
