Fam on the run.

To support Ryan's school, the kids and I participated in the Wildcat Fun Run Saturday morning. True to its name, it was fun!


The weather was absolutely perfect: nice and cool with bright sunshine. (The motorcyclist in the shot below is the school district's superintendent. He led the runners on the course.)


Katie and Ryan finished 32nd and 36th, and I... well, I finished! And I wasn't last!!! We enjoyed the one-mile walk, and Ryan and Katie are itching to try the 5K next year. We'll see...

Afterwards, we went to breakfast at our favorite McDonalds (based, of course, on the playground).
